Terms and Conditions

We are new to Humboldt, TN and would like to provide all our customers with the freshest ingredients and the finest baked goods available. 

When an order is placed, the customer is in full agreement with the terms and conditions.

Contacting and ordering:

All orders will be placed through our website.  We are available by phone, messenger or email.  We do our best to answer all questions in a timely manner.  At this time, we cannot take orders via phone. 

Food Allergies:

All of our products are prepared with, near or around nuts, eggs and dairy.  These may or may not contain gluten.  We do not accept orders with food allergy restrictions.  You are responsible, so please advise your guests at your event of this information.

Weather Care:

Tennessee's weather can be very hot, and any cake left out in the heat too long will melt.  Cakes to not hold up in humidity, therefore; if it is humid, the cake should be kept indoors in a cool location. 

Damages:

We are not liable for any cake/cupcake once delivered.  For example, if a cake is dropped while you are transporting or moving it to a display table, if children damage or if the product is left out in unforgiving weather (please see weather care), we are not responsible.

Refunds:

Refunds are available 72 hours before your scheduled pickup, minus 3% convenience fee.  All sales are final.
